- Arrival & Departure?
Arrival between 1:00 pm and 9:00 pm, check-in any time after 3:00 pm. Check-out time on the day of departure is 10:00 am at the latest. Thank you!
If you plan on arriving later than 6:00 pm, we ask you kindly to guarantee your reservation, which will ensure that your room is available for you in any case. - Cancelling?
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance - it protects you from cancellation fees!
Cancellations must be made in writing and then confirmed by us.
In the event of a cancellation, we charge the following:
Up to 4 weeks before arrival: Processing fee of € 40.00 per room
Up to 15 days before arrival: 70% of the total tour price
Up to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the total travel price
In case of late arrival or early departure: 90% of the total tour price
In the event of no-show: 100% of the tour price
Otherwise, the General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) shall apply.

Bookings with half-board include a rich "vitality" breakfast buffet with regional delicacies as well as a four-course dinner menu of your choice.

Booking a room as holiday accommodation only will not include any meals but feature fresh linens and towels
Every Monday, all guests with half-board bookings will receive an imaginative cold/warm buffet with regional delicacies. Since the restaurant is closed on Mondays, dinner will be served between 5.30 and 6.30 pm.

- Guest Tax?
As of 12/01/2022, the guest tax for guests over the age of 14 comes to € 3.90 per person and per night.
This guest tax includes the following free of charge:

Ski museum and Bergschau - an interactive exhibition for families - at the Walserhaus
Cross-country ski trails
Internet - WLAN & terminals in the municipal district
Bus back home following the activities

- Miscellaneous?
The restaurant is closed on Mondays and dinner is served between 5.30 and 6:30 pm.
The hotel features two separate buildings (the main building and the chalet) that are not connected. It just takes a few steps across the parking lot to get from the main building to the chalet (annex building).
- Trip Cancellation Insurance?
Sometimes things turn out differently and the booked vacation must be canceled or prematurely broken off. We want to spare you the associated costs and anger. Therefore we recommend taking out a hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung.
